This is an amazing team who truly care and do their utmost best! From the amazing reception to kelly herself. This is the second year that we have taken our taxes there to be done. I had no doubt after the first year which is why we went back again. They have over achieved in proving to me they are totally worth it the second year as I had some technical difficulties! Working with POA was very disappointing and frustrating. Their communication and customer service are quite unprofessional and slow. They often left us hanging for weeks to answer our emails or call messages. If they did reply, they would address some questions and ignore the rest often times. We stopped using their services for these reasons but also for doubting their expertise. They lack the ability to work with clients in a transparent way and in a partnership-style relationship.
