    I just had some serious safety issues with my old kia soul dealt with by the experts at Tirecraft Sorento. Their communication and follow up resulted in the work being done in a timely manner with a reasonable cost. I'm very satisfied with both service and price. I would recommend that if you have concerns with your car's performance,discuss them with the folks there. Thank you Tirecraft, Sorento.

    A mistake was made on my appointment time. They would not even consider that it was their mistake. I was intimidated by two large male staff and verbally attacked. Basically they said I was a liar. I will never set foot in a Tirecraft again.
