Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, picnic tables and benches here and there with lots of shady spots to just hang out on a nice day. I am a resident of 1535 South Parade Court. Thanks to the orderly and caring management of the Wisma Mega Indah, the residents here enjoyed nine years of happy living in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If it was not Ms Liem, who worked hard for the goal of building non-profit housing in a steadfast manner 40 years ago, the dream of finding a home is this suburban part of the city for low-income families would never have been possible. I been living at Burlington Towers for 11 years & have nothing to complain about, the staff are hard working people that are doing a excellent job at keeping the entire buildings in top shape & always improuving, any erquest from tenant are look into & the respond to fix any issue is fenomenal, I have no knowledge of any other place that respond that promptly & I been around a few place in my life. 5 stars, without any esitation.

Good clean buildings. Halls could use an update but everything is clean. Landlord pays the utilities and the prices are reasonable. You have to get on an waiting list for underground parking and that can take a few months. Has a fitness room which is great too.

I have lived at 5 Louis for 15 years. I find it very family friendly and has a lot of hard working people in the building. It is run well, and kept clean. I find that apartments are kept clean if the tenant is clean and will appear dirty if the tenants choose to keep their unit that way. Overall, I recommend living here.
