Like all surgeries it is very busy and can take a while to get through too on the phone but that is not the fault of the receptionists, it is a reflection of the fact that we don't have enough doctors in Chilliwack to serve the needs of our expanding population. Coincidentally I always saw Dr. Street and once in a blue moon Dr Hart, unless I specifically asked for a female doctor. This is standard anywhere in BC. If you need a longer appointment to process multiple issues, you might be able to get your long term family doctor to accommodate, but this is a walk-in clinic!
