Excellent Hong Kong style cafe. Best fish soup in town. I get cravings for their watercress fish soup with enoki mushrooms. You can choose toppings for your soup like pumpkin, beef brisket, lobster balls, or tofu skin. Prices are super reasonable. This place is very popular but they have enough tables so you dont have to wait more than a few minutes,if at all. They also make hotpots & HK style Western dishes. We hit Black Forg last night before the Lions game and loved their vibe. The atrium that provides over half of the seating is ideally situated at the foot of Cambie Street to provide views of the North Shore and the workd going by on Water Street. They offer a great selection of draught and bottled beer and offered a take on a Snake Bite that they should put on the menu and call the Black Frog...who knew that adding Ribena would taste so good! The wings that were hotter than hot were exactly as advertised and really tasty! The only concerns we had were with the mains we had. The steak sandwich was a bit tough to chew as a sandwich but went better when I ate it open faced. The curry and chips were kind of bland and would probably be better as an Indian curry than a Thai curry. We will try other items on our next visit. Our concerns on the food aside, we will be back because it was such a great little spot. Head over to the Black Frog next time you're looking for a fun spot to chill! Read more

Anatoli is our all-time favorite greek food restaurant. We have never been disappointed in the quality of the food whether it is dine-in or a Skip-the-Dishes delivery to our home. The only drawback is the lack of parking in the area, but there is usually a street parking spot within a block, and its well worth the walk.
