We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water.
