Never wash kidz hand after playing outside, keep changing teacher, poor quality food...

Dear We always appreciate families feedback, IMKA has been ordering food from one of the top food catering company called WHOLESOME food which is recognized nation wide and has the best score the menu has been approved by ministry of education guideline and supported by children dietitian and nutritionist. IMKA follows Public Health Requirement , children wellbeing and hygienic needs is our top priority .IMKA has the policy to ensure before each play activity children wash their hands.
My wife and I visited many schools before choosing Inventiveminds Kidz Academy. Once we visited Inventiveminds we were sure we had made the right decision. We received 1 month free as we settled our little one in the program. We find the staff kind, center clean and supervisor very supportive. Lets just say we got a good feeling the minute we walked into the school.

My daughter never attended Inventive Minds Kidz Academy for one day, but the owner Rose withheld not only our deposit (which I understand as we cancelled), but one full month of childcare that I had written a postdated cheque for. After numerous false promises to return the cheque, Rose the owner informed me that she would be retaining. Very shady business practices at Inventive Minds Kidz Academy.
